Funding Limitations

The following areas are not eligible for funding through the Inspiring Healthcare Innovation Grant:

 
  • Ongoing general operating expenses or existing deficits

  • Improvement of processes not typically covered as an insurance benefit (i.e., cosmetic surgery)

  • Endowment or capital costs (i.e., “Bricks & Mortar” programs)

  • Basic biomedical research

  • Research on drug therapies or devices

  • International programs

  • Direct support of individuals

  • Lobbying of any kind

  • Annual fundraising drives

  • Honorary functions
